(A poetically written piece of prose with a nice reminder.)
The beauty of life is that things are always under God’s hand, moving just as they should. Things can change in just a moment.
You could be single, and in just a moment married and expecting a child.
You could have the loneliest day, but the most special of nights.
You could be on the verge of losing everything, but then in just a tilt of your life be in the most wonderful condition you have ever seen.
You could be alone, but then surrounded by your dearest friends.
You could be so unhappy, but the mail could come and give you the best smile.
You could be so bored, until excitement lights up your day forever.
Anything can change. In just a moment.
It seems like forever when you’re waiting on an answer to prayer, a comfort for your hurting soul, a word for your quiet life. When you’re waiting for a breakthrough it seems like the time will never end.
That’s just the thing. When we least expect it, when sleep seems the farthest away and we decide we will never close our eyes and get some rest, the most wonderful thing happens. It all changes.
Life doesn’t just occur by chance. Every person has been made by God’s hand. Jesus has had it all under control.
When you have no control, He does. When you feel weary and lost, He is there.
Everything changes when we see what He desires us to see. When we realize His purpose in this moment, good things occur.
It may take a moment, it may feel like eternity, but it’s just a season; it’s just a second on the blueprints of your life.
Savor the moment–whether pain or joy, sorrow or excitement. Savor it, for it will be gone in just a step, and if we don’t see what God has painted so beautifully to change us, we won’t enjoy the next adventure.
It’s all just a time. A beautiful time to serve Jesus.
Isaiah 14:24 – The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, [so] shall it stand:
Proverbs 16:9 – A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.
Jesus loves you!
For Jesus first loved me…. ❤
